I hate when I’m trying to fall asleep and my mind is always bringing up things that happened in the past week that really bothered me. I hate that I can’t get my mind off of it so I cam just go to sleep. I try to get my mind off of it and think about something else nut somehow that same thing just keeps coming up.
Ugh, I hate this.
